Old Fashioned Americanism

I would gladly freeze at Valley Forge, defend New Orleans with Jackson, storm a hill with Teddy, shed my blood at the Normandy beaches along side of the men that perished there, and fight hand to hand to the last breath at Iwo Jima if would mean bringing back the strength of the nation. If there was a way to regain the moral courage, the selfless desire to maintain a great nation. If we as a Nation could rekindle the Spirit of a Just Cause that the Patriots who founded this Land had. That when it came time to give up everything and endure hardships like no modern man can even imagine, they did it for the sake of forging this Great Nation against the greatest military of it’s day.

I believe in the American Dream. I support what it means to be an American. To be bold, to make a stand against tyranny, as it has been happened though out our history. To be a land that all people can join in and thrive. As time has marched on we have proven time and time again that we will, as a people, pay dearly to ensure the rights of others, no matter how long of a fight. I believe in courage no matter the odds. I believe in never surrender no matter how bloody. I believe in our curiosity and desire to explore. Most of all I believe in the American people to do what’s right. I would give it all for the dream of what America is supposed to be, not what liberal weaklings and political correctness are turning it into.

Yep, I believe that we would give up the SUVs, cable TV and all the creature comforts that we have gotten used to when it comes time to defend the Nation. When we have to give up the A/C, internet and all the great things that make up modern life in America. I believe this because what is all that compared to preserving the Nation that fostered the ability of its people to create all these things? What will be all that when there isn’t a United States? Does anyone actually believe that if the US is gone we will live the same just under a new name? We will be all gone. Our way of life and the expectations of our children will vanish from the face of the earth. America has advanced human civilization and relations farther than any other in history. Yet our enemies trapped in the past and dreaming of long gone glory wish us harm. They could not accomplish what we have and would therefore rather see us gone than be a part of what should be the greatest time in human history.

Right now, this moment, we are at a place in history when we are threatened and the very existence of the Nation is at risk. Not only from the Islamic jihad that means to destroy us all, but also from the invasion of our southern border. Invasion by communist, socialist, anarchist and others that would love to see us destroyed. LaReza (which means “The Race”) and Mecha want to over throw the government and kill all non Hispanics. They believe in La Reconquista, to reclaim in the name of the Aztecs, even though the Aztec Empire never reached this far. What it is is simply another group hell bent on genocide, much like the Aztecs were. They wish to make the US like Mexico. Why? I have no idea given that the way Mexico runs its self is a complete failure in a region that should be prosperous. But I do know that Mexico has betrayed us time and again even though we have given it so much. But while we have this happening within our own nation D.C. does nothing. They welcome all as if everyone just wants to be American. Isn’t that just so vain? A lot of the people sitting in Washington do not by any means of the imagination deserve to be called Patriots or even be in the same class as those that forged the American Ideals.

For most of my life I didn’t vote or even know the difference between the Left and Right. As far as I was concerned they were really all the same, there to screw over the working people of America. To be condescending and treat us like crap. On one end the rich, the other the so called enlightened that tax us to death for welfare for the people that won’t work like we do but expect a free ride. Then I realized it is not politicians, not special interest groups, but the American people themselves that are to blame. By not voting, by letting all the bubble heads do whatever they want without opposition, we ourselves sealed the fate of the Nation. Solution to this. VOTE. Stop thinking it doesn’t matter. Ask some out of work pro-illegal immigration former politi-bubbles just what happens when people get fired up and vote.

Vote or kiss this nation goodbye. Make a stand and for just one day forget about yourself, forget about having to stand in line. But do remember, either vote and participate in the Nations events, or don’t complain when there is war in our streets as those of us that do care fight to preserve the Country.

Ultimately all good Americans believe in live and let live. Unfortunately our enemies do not want us to live at all.

Earth to Sen Frist

This letter, sent to Senator Frist from a retired border patrol agent, has more common sense than all the bull being spewed from the Senate, with the exception of a few sensible representatives. Anyway, this guy has it together and shows the rhetoric for what it is.

Dear Senator Frist:There is a huge amount of propaganda and myths circulating about “Illegal Aliens”, particularly “Illegal Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan and Honduran Aliens”.

1. “Illegal Aliens” generally do NOT want citizenship. Americans are very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a citizen. Mexicans, and other nationalities want to remain citizens of their home countries while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, in-state tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring. Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home. They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What “Illegal Aliens” want are benefits of American residence without paying the price.

2. There are no jobs that Americans won’t do. “Illegal Aliens” are doing jobs that Americans can’t take and still support their families. “Illegal Aliens” take low wage jobs, live dozens in a single residence home, share expenses and send money to their home Country. There are no jobs that Americans won’t do for a decent wage.

3. Every person who illegally entered this nation left a home. They are NOT homeless and they are NOT Americans. Some left jobs in their home countries. They come to send money to their real home as evidenced by the more than 20 billion dollars sent out of the country each year by “Illegal Aliens”. These “Illegal aliens” knowingly and willfully entered this nation in violation of the law and therefore assumed the risk of detection and deportation. Those who brought their alien children assumed the responsibility and risk on behalf of their children.

4. “Illegal Aliens” are NOT critical to the economy. “Illegal Aliens” constitute less than 5% of the workforce. However, they reduce wages and benefits for lawful

5. This is NOT an immigrant nation. There are 280 million native born Americans. While it is true that this nation was settled and founded by immigrants (Legal Immigrants), it is also true that there is not a nation on this planet that was not settled by immigrants at one time or another.

6. The United States is welcoming to “Legal Immigrants. “Illegal Aliens” are NOT immigrants by definition. The government accepts more lawful immigrants every year than the rest of the world combined.

7. There is no such thing as the “Hispanic Vote”. Hispanics are white, brown, black and every shade in between. Hispanics are Republicans, Democrats, Anarchists, Communists, Marxists and Independents. The so-called “Hispanic Vote” is a myth. Pandering to “Illegal Aliens” to get the Hispanic Vote is a dead end. Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States. Since 1848 Mexicans have resented the United States During World War I, Mexico allowed German spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the U.S. During World War II, Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the U.S. from Mexico. During the Cold War, Mexico allowed spies hostile to the U.S.to operate freely. The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico Today Mexican school children are taught that the U.S. stole CaliforniaArizonaNew Mexico and Texas. If you don’t believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their schoolchildren.

9. Although some “Illegal Aliens” enter this country for a better life, there are 6 billion people on this planet. At least 1 billion of those live on less than one dollar a day. If wanting a better life is a valid excuse to break the law and sneak into America then let’s allow those one billion to come to America and we’ll turn the USA into a Third World nation overnight. Besides, there are 280 million native born Americans who want a better life. I’ll bet Bill Gates and Donald Trump want a better life. When will the USA lifeboat be full? Since when is wanting a better life a good reason to trash another nation?

10. There is a labor shortage in this country: This is a lie. There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of American housewives, senior citizens, students, unemployed and underemployed who would gladly take jobs at a decent wage.

11. It is racist to want secure borders: What is racist about wanting secure borders and a secure What is racist about not wanting people to sneak into America and steal benefits we have set aside for legal aliens, senior citizens, children and other legal residents? What is it about race that entitles people to violate our laws, steal identities, and take the American Dream without paying the price?

Voters Return The Favor

Now that the American people have watched our Senators shamelessly produce the largest slap-in-the-face legislation to ever haunt the halls of Congress, it appears American voters are returning the favor.Boycotting the primaries, American citizens are warning our elected officials that it will take more than idle promises to regain our confidence. Effectively telling our politicians that we will support you and your future when you begin to support ours, USA Today reports:

Halfway through this year’s primary season, voters are showing little interest in picking candidates for the Nov. 7 elections that will determine control of Congress and elect more than one-third of the nation’s governors.

Twenty-five states held primaries through June 27. Sixteen of the 22 states that have certified figures or provided estimates to USA TODAY recorded voter turnout lower than 2002, the last national election that wasn’t in a presidential year.

Some experts worry that a voter boycott of primaries could result in politics being dominated by single-issue special-interest groups.

This author touches on an important aspect but seems wary of naming the “single-issue” that may dominate the fall elections. We all know the hot button topic is illegal immigration and it will continue to be the issue throughout the fall elections.

Quoting Curtis Gans of American University’s Center for the Study of the American Electorate the article continues:

Still, he’s concerned the no-shows have devalued the importance of voting. “We essentially have gotten rid of the religion of civic duty,” Gans says.

I agree with Mr. Gans that we are lacking “civic duty” in this nation, but the guilty party is not the American voter. As our elected officials pander to illegal immigrants, their activists, and foreign governments at the expense of the American taxpayer, they will continue to see their support diminish.

When the American people find a candidate who will stand for the future of America and her citizens, you will once again see Americans flocking to the polls.
