A Happy Anniversary and Enforcement Works!

I made it through May Day 2007! I have to admit, I was preparing for a day of being agitated if not totally enraged. What a difference a year makes. It’s my one year anniversary as an “official” immigration law enforcement advocate. I can safely say things have changed for the better in the course of the last year.

May Day 2006 pushed me to the point of dedicating myself to re-establishing the rule of law and taking control of the immigration dilemma. I knew we were at the breaking point when literally hundreds of thousands of illegal alien advocates flooded streets in cites across the country.

They admonished us in their home languages. They carried the flags of their home country while desecrating ours. They made demands while breaking our laws with impunity. It was symbolic of the invasion that is taking place.

I was disturbed to the point of having to do something about the problem. I decided to research the subject and did so vigorously. The more I learned the more I realized we were faced with an issue that would define the very future of our country. At the time it seemed like no one cared about illegal immigration. Maybe no one did.

I learned a lot in the last year. I learned about our politicians and how “owned” they are by business and special interest lobbies. Neither party is looking out for their constituencies. It is all a power and money grab.

The incredible bias of the MSM was revealed to me. I always knew they were biased but I couldn’t believe the extent that they were.

I couldn’t believe the immigration legislation that our political leaders were and are proposing. How blatantly anti middle class it and the political environment is. It was incredible to see our political leaders coddling and advocating for non Americans at the expense of American citizens. Their acts obviously and shamelessly treasonous.

A year ago, I like many Americans, was overwhelmed by the scope and depth of the illegal immigration problem. I was confused and unsure of what to do about it. I felt powerless and alone while my country was being invaded by 30 million foreigners.

My patriot brothers and sisters have made significant progress in the past year. We are organized and for the most part, speak with one voice that is increasingly difficult for our political leaders to ignore. Our numbers are growing daily. I receive several requests per week to be added to our “stay informed” list. Not bad considering we are small and local organization.

The past year as brought us the following accomplishments.

• First and foremost we have let politicians at every level know that the majority of Americans are against illegal immigration and that we will no longer tolerate it.
• We have let Washington know that we will not accept amnesty no matter what they call it.
• We have insisted upon and are starting to get the level of immigration law enforcement that we deserve and need so desperately.
• We are organized and we are growing in numbers everyday as our message reaches the public. For too long the public has been kept in the dark by the mainstream media and our politician’s obfuscation on the issue. With the help of the internet, we are over coming this enormous obstacle.
• We have neutralized the race card by showing it’s inappropriate use as related to the issue. Sure its still used, but today it is a symbol of having no rational argument in support of the pro illegal position.
• We have several Presidential candidates running on the issue.
• There is anti illegal immigration legislation or pending legislation in over 70 municipalities across the nation. More municipalities are likely follow suit when activist judges step aside and rule within the Constitution.
• More anti illegal immigration legislation is coming and being approved, such as the legislation going to the governor of Oklahoma’s desk.
• It is being proven that immigration law enforcement works. Illegal aliens are intimidated, as any criminal should be, due to the prospect of being caught and prosecuted. The more raids the better these results.
• Illegal immigration is not only on the radar but has emerged as the most important domestic issue faced by the country.
• We are cracking the wall of silence in the mainstream media. The likes of Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck and my main man, Lou Dobbs picking up and running with the issue.
• Massive negative attention is paid to treasonous and criminal politicians insisting on sanctuary policies. Corrupt and anti American politicians like Gavin Newsom, the Mayor of Virginia beach, Meyera Oberndorf and sanctuary communities across the country have been outed and are held in disdain.

These are just some of the areas my fellow patriots have made significant and measurable progress. I am sure I over look some as I write this.

Much to my surprise and benefit, May Day 2007 came and went without being enraged or even discouraged. On the contrary, I am reinvigorated by the notable progress we are making in fighting the injustice of illegal immigration.

Granted we have a long way to go. However it is important to take stock of our accomplishments and build upon them. Our foreheads may be black and blue but the wall we strike with them is showing wear and cracks.

Yesterday was my anniversary as a freedom fighter for the American middle class. What nicer anniversary gift than the apparent weakening of the pro illegal alien movement as evidenced by their decimated turn out.

I also received another gift yesterday. This gift is the low turn out, in and of itself, proves that law enforcement works. Many illegal alien advocates were intimidated by the recent ICE raids and decided not to turn out for the protests. If enforcement works in this context, no doubt that it will ultimately work in getting illegal aliens to leave the country. We just need more it, lots more.

Fellow patriots, be proud and feel good about our accomplishments. At least for a day.

Yes May 1, 2007 was my anniversary. It was a happy one at that.

Illegal alien ran an unlicensed dental practice out of his home

Ernesto Estrado, an illegal alien in Carrollton Georgia, ran an unlicensed dental practice out of his home. Estrado’s dental equipment included items purchased at a hardware store.

Ernesto Estrado is accused of performing procedures on hundreds of illegal immigrants who were too afraid to go to a licensed dentist.Authorities say the man used pliers, box cutters and etching blades he bought at a hardware store to pull teeth, fill cavities and create dentures.

Authorities searched his home and found prescription painkillers, hypodermic needles and a ledger that detailed cash payments from more than 100 people.

According to Reuters, only 10,000 illegal aliens took to the streets in Los Angeles to ring in May Day.

Just 10,000?

Good grief, there were more illegal aliens at the Democrat confab in San Diego last weekend!

All by her corrupt little self, Hillary Clinton registered more than 10,000 in her San Diego motel room, using as bait her newly minted Spanish accent and the promise of “pesos to come.”

San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom has more than 10,000 illegal aliens on the city payroll at City Hall for goodness sake!

And Mayor Newsom has married more than 10,000 gay illegal aliens on the steps of City Hall for gosh sake.

On any given afternoon, there are more than 10,000 drunken Mexicans drag racing through downtown Los Angeles, for Pedro’s sake.

Meanwhile, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villagarosa was very upset by the low turnout and demanded a federal investigation–for Antonio’s sake.

The ranked mayor said, “I want to run for governor of California in 2010, but I will need a lot more support from the illegal alien community. This smells like a poll tax or other voter suppression tactic used by unsavory southerners to stifle black voters.”

“I want the federal government to answer some basic questions. Why were the four million known illegal aliens in Los Angeles not on the streets on May Day? Did the unconstitutional ICE raids intimidate Latinos and deny them of their 1st Amendment rights?”

“I will not tolerate disenfranchisement of Latinos just because they are here illegally and are not eligible to vote.

“After all, this is America, Land of the Frijoli and Home of the $.99 super taco with real sirloin beef. We will not be denied!”

Asked at White House press conference to comment on the low turnout, President Bush tried to reassure Mayor Villagarosa by saying, “Well, Antonio has got to learn patience when dealing with edgy Mexicans. After years of dealing with these folks, I know that they are moody and tough to predict.

“But in the end, hand out the goodies and benefits, and they will come. And with enough beer, they will vote!”

Just enforce the immigration laws

Illegal aliens took to the streets again, but things were different this year. The number of illegals marching was much lower than in 2006. One reason could be that immigration officials decided to attend some the marches this year and arrest some of the illegals. What a concept! If we had thousands of pedophiles (or murders, or rapists) marching in the streets, wouldn’t our law enforcement folks make the effort to go out and arrest them? What’s the difference?

The difference is that law enforcement officials have been made to look like evil incarnate. Oh my goodness, they are breaking up loving families! They’re going after people for no good reason. Please. Whatever happened to common sense and enforcing American laws? Why is that such a difficult concept? (Excuse me while I pound my head against a brick wall.)

Federal immigration authorities, who are merely enforcing U.S. immigration laws, are being made out to be villains. Never mind that it was the parents’ illegal actions that put their families at risk!The steady media drumbeat supporting multiculturalism and celebrating diversity has worn down many opponents of illegal immigration. Being labeled as xenophobic and even racist has cowed many into submission. [snip]

The media is also using deceptive polling techniques, to send a message to Capitol Hill that American’s support “comprehensive immigration reform,” which is a euphemism for a guest worker program and amnesty. For example, the local newspaper in my area is conducting an online poll, in which it asks, “Is immigration reform necessary?” The choice of responses is: a) Yes, something has to be done about it, and b) No, just leave it the way it is. Thus far, the affirmative response has been picked by 92% of respondents.

Of course, immigration reform would not be an issue today, if the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 had been enforced. That law forbade American businesses from hiring illegal aliens, but the federal agency that was supposed to check the authenticity of Social Security numbers was never set up! As a result, illegal immigrants could engage in identity theft, document forgery, etc. with impunity. Enforcing the laws on the books is the only thing that needs to be done about “immigration reform.” Just leaving it the way it is, i.e., NOT enforcing our immigration laws, is what got us into this mess! May 1st Protests, Round 2

It’s May 1st (a communist holiday) and once again our criminal subculture has taken to the streets to demand of us what we already offer them. That’s right, a path to citizenship already exists for those wanting to immigrate into the U.S. But you’ve heard all these arguments before.

Although turn out is down for proponents of amnesty, the issue has not gone away. Most have learned from last years protests that these types of marches only hurt their positions because the vast majority of American citizens, especially the legal immigrants, have no sympathy for their criminal behavior. They want the border protected and the companies and individuals that aid and abette illegal immigrants to be prosecuted.

A new report shows that illegal imigrants from Mexico sent a record breaking $23 billion dollars back to family members living in Mexico last year. Illegal aliens have become Mexico’s 2nd largest source of foreign currency after oil imports. The report also found that 1 in 2 Mexicans living in Mexico have family or friends that reside illegally in the U.S.

If you include the estimated $10 billion negative effect illegals have on the federal government with the $23 billion being diverted from our economy each year, the total annual cost of illegal immigration has surpassed $33 billion. To say something needs to be done immediately to reverse these growing trends would be an understatement.

(San Francisco)—The following press release was issued by the Office of Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives:

With the Cinco de Mayo celebrations looming, Speaker Pelosi believes that the American people need progressive ideas and leadership when it comes to the issue of immigration.

In order to steer America away from the subhuman quagmire that George W. Bush has created, Speaker Pelosi is proposing the following program to make America a more attractive destination for third world peasants to invade.

In her own words, then, Speaker Pelosi offers her Cinco de Mayo greeting to America and the remaining peasants in Mexico who have not yet invaded America, but who will do so when monthly food stamp and welfare allotments increase by at least 10 percent.

No Human Being Is Illegal

As Democrats, we believe that the term “illegal alien” should only be used when referring to the invasion of a woman’s uterus by an unwanted fetus, and then only as needed to provide concise language for the death certificate of the vanquished interloper.

When used to describe migrants from Mexico and other Latin nations, the term illegal alien is xenophobic and morally repugnant, and is a pernicious denial of the humanness of some of the most talented toilet bowl scrubbers, janitors, housemaids, burger flippers, fruit pickers, and operators of hi-tech leaf blowers in America.

We Democrats also object most vehemently when “illegal alien” is used as a derogatory slur against killers, MS-13 gangsters, drunken drivers, welfare cheats, identity thieves, drug smugglers, child molesters, and other future constituents who are down on their luck and in need of a helping hand, rather than a kick in the posterior.

As Speaker of the House, I have drafted redemptive legislation to add “illegal alien” and “wetback” to the list of terms that qualify as hate speech in America.

This draft is being reviewed by Mexican President Felipe Calderon and the Mexican Congress, and will be released to U.S. House members after all comments from Mexico’s leaders have been resolved to the satisfaction of Mexico.

A Spanish translation of the draft will also be sent to the White House for President Bush to review.

For the record: The preferred term for those living here, but missing a silly piece of paper or two, is “Undocumented Constituent.“

America Must Be Deportation-free Sanctuary

Tens of millions of undocumented constituents hide in the shadows of American society, afraid to assimilate because of fear of punitive action by a government that hates the color brown.

San Francisco pioneered the “Nuclear-free” zoning concept several years ago to alert the world that The City is completely free from nuclear weapons and should not be attacked. That policy has worked beautifully, because there have been no nuclear incidents since the declaration was codified into San Francisco’s City Charter.

Using the same template of success, I, in conjunction with Gavin Newsome, Mayor of San Francisco, hereby designate America as a deportation-free sanctuary to anyone who can prove that he/she is here from Mexico without proper documentation, who speaks Spanish, but absolutely no English, and who is destitute and in need of public services to survive.

As an added benefit, undocumented constituents who can prove they are HIV positive are also eligible for free housing and transportation in San Francisco.

These progressive enhancements will surely make undocumented constituents feel most welcome and, we hope, shadow free!

Bring Troops Home to Reduce “Pressure” on the Border

During his State of the Union address, President Bush advised the American people that the immigration problem is the result of too much “pressure” on America’s borders.

Although the president is wrong on just about everything, he has this one right.

We Democrats intend to help the befuddled president take pressure off the borders by requiring that our troops be withdrawn from Iraq and sent to the border with Mexico by the 4th of July, 2007.

At the border, our brave military troops would escort and assure safe passage for any and all Latinos wishing to invade America.

American troops would be authorized to use whatever force needed, including lethal, to prevent renegade border patrol agents and outlaw vigilantes, AKA Minutemen, from hindering the flow of undocumented constituents into the promised land.

In addition to providing escort services, our troops would be used in a door-to-door campaign to confiscate every last firearm in the unsteady hands of ordinary Americans.

Gun Control: Repealing the 2nd Amendment

As the tragic circumstances surrounding the Virginia Tech massacre made quite clear, America must establish far greater legal impediments to all forms of gun ownership.

Repealing the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution is the only reasonable recourse for responsible Americans.

In addition, we Democrats strongly support a recent proposal by a Canadian journalist that would have the U.S. military go door to door to confiscate guns

Undocumented constituents are overwhelmingly in favor of repealing the 2nd Amendment, and would make excellent door to door “confiscators” in America’s war against guns.

This is yet another reason why America must bring as many of these people into our nation as soon as possible.

Diversity and Tolerance Workshops

American citizens, particularly white Christian Republicans, can be an intolerant lot, especially when it comes to Spanish-speaking brown people.

A special outreach program should be established to eliminate racist thinking in bigoted whites by showing how undocumented constituents contribute to the America in so many ways.

Think about it: Were it not for undocumented constituents, America would have to fire scores of thousands of police officers, prison guards, probation officers, judges, bail bondsmen, drunk tank officers, car wash managers, and translators in our system of justice.

Without undocumented constituents there would be a calamitous oversupply of food stamps, Cuervo beer, DUI defense attorneys who speak Spanish, welfare caseworkers, ID theft investigators, and English as a Second Language (ESL) instructors.

Undocumented constituents are vital to America’s economy and white folks need to wake up and smell the refried beans!

Universal Health Care

As any American citizen who has tried to get medical attention at any emergency room knows, the great masses of undocumented constituents suffer immensely from the lack of affordable health insurance.

Indeed, undocumented constituents generally look haggard, emaciated, hung over, suffering from Delirium Tremors, and lacking in dental care.

A caring nation like America must implement a universal health care program for all people, including undocumented constituents

This humanitarian program can be funded by adding a $2.50 per gallon “wellness levy” to the cost of gasoline used in SUVs, Cadillac and Lincoln sedans, and all other vehicles registered to known Republicans.

A “wellness levy” would reduce the demand for foreign oil, cut global warming, and eliminate the need for Al Gore’s hideous “An Inconvenient Truth,” billed as a movie, but which was really a paid (by movie goers!) political announcement!

Higher Taxes, Redistribution of Wealth

One of the gravest problems facing America in 2007 is that all the wrong people have money.

Rich, white Republicans control most of the nation’s wealth, but these people are simply the wrong people to be in control of so much wealth.

We Democrats support a progressive tax structure to level the playing field between the filthy rich and the unwashed poor.

Undocumented constituents are ALL poor and would vote unanimously to soak the rich with higher, higher, and even higher taxes!

Summary:

America faces many difficult challenges. But by bringing our troops home, tearing down impediments to newcomers, repealing the 2nd Amendment, and enacting other progressive ideas, we can save America for future generations of impoverished Mexicans.

Join me and the Democrat party as we work to make America truly the “Land of the Free” for scores of millions of good hearted, hard working people of color.

Let me close with a deep and inspirational spiritual thought: God dang America!
