I have spoken with Border Agent Gary Burgman and Joe Loya (father in law of Agent Ramos) both men have stated to me that Agent Ramos http://www.agentramos.com/ has and is being denied as you read this his medications and proper medical attention this is an outrage. Also please don’t forget Border Agent Noe Aleman http://www.noealeman.com/ who the federal prosecuter had stated she hopes he is killed in prison.

-Jerome Corsi of WND has personally stated on my Radio Show Freedom Fighter http://www.freedomfighterradioshow.com/ // http://www.freedomfighterradio.net/ that President Bush denied that the attack on Ramos in prison where he was denied medical attention for 48 hours never took place when initially presented with the facts. The Bush Administration went even further as to threaten to embarrass Jerome Corsi and World Net Daily if they preceded to publish the story of his prison attack. Also Jerome stated during his interview on my show that there is strong evidence that President Bush was directly involved in the prosecution of all our Border Agents. Remember Bush has called the Border Agents Rogue Cops and has recently stated that no pardons will be issued or considered. Yet Bush is Pushing an immigration bill that will give legal status to people with past history’s of rape,murder,gang activity,and other various crimes.

The Democrats are working against Fred Thompson

The Democrats are waging a battle against Fred Thompson. Reader and tireless opponent of illegal aliens, Mary Chamberlain, forwarded copies of emails she received from the Democratic Party. Here’s just a portion, see for yourself:

Mary Chamberlain also received an email from the Republican party, asking her to work for him. As I told you earlier, Ms. Chamberlain is spending all her time working against the present immigration bill. Thanks goodness for people like her!

Many voters are fed up with the Democrats and the Republicans, saying “a pox on both their houses.” But we have to vote for someone. Why are the Democrats so against Fred Thompson? He’s not even running yet. When he does announce, the Democrats will increase their campaign against him.

The Democrats know that Republicans are not happy with any of the present candidates. They know that Fred Thompson says what he means, and means what he says. They fear Fred Thompson, plain and simple. They are afraid he will WIN in 2008. All the more reason to get behind Fred Thompson. That’s my opinion.

Remembering Border Agents Ramos and Compean

As we fight against Senate Bill1639, with its promise of $4.4 billion to hire and train border guards,along with other unknown measures, remember that, as with Ramos and Compean, actually “protecting” the border is not what the Bush administration expects.

What can we “expect” from our border guards, and the millions to be “surged” toward new hires? Can we expect them to stop drug smugglers? Can we expect them to be able to protect themselves against criminal aliens?

Do not be distracted by the prosecutors claims that these two men covered-up a crime. If you are not certain about this case, follow the links below and make your own determination. I’ll be adding new links as they become available.

Does El-Presidente Bush believe that if he orchestrates our loss of sovereignty and facilitates the formation of one North American Union he will be selected to be the emperor? If this is not the case, I cannot imagine his seeming desire to accommodate Mexican citizens at the expense of his own countrymen.

Bush Urges Congress

“We have an obligation to solve problems that have been piling up for decades,” Bush said in his weekly radio address. “The status quo is unacceptable.”

As an incentive for those who are skeptical about the government’s ability to carry out the legislation’s enforcement provisions, Bush publicly signed onto a plan for $4.4 billion in immediate funding for border security and workplace enforcement. The accelerated funding would be paid back by new fines and fees for illegal immigrants in the bill.

Given the recent news that illegal aliens have been starting forest fires in order to draw border guards away from their posts to enable unopposed illegal entry, I am wondering if President Bush would recommend the following as the politically courageous method of fighting forest fires:

Air-lift 4.4 billion individual IOUs to the blaze and dump them on the area. Then, regardless of the success or failure of using paper to extinguish the fire, he will pardon those that started the fire in the first place.

This is after all what is essentially being proposed by his insistence on coupling border security with the automatic legalization of those who crossed our borders illegally. Among those who crossed are the drunk drivers, child molesters, murderers, and arsonists that will apparently commit the crimes some Americans won’t.

President Bush on Friday, in an effort to gain support for his amnesty bill, promised to “bar future” illegal immigrants from the United States. He is quoted as saying, “Under this bill, those caught crossing illegally will be permanently barred from returning to the United States on a work or tourist visa.”

Perusing Senate Bill 1348, I came across this section from page 55:

Since most illegals are from Mexico, isn’t this section of the law, which is titled “Mandatory Detention”, being waved for Mexican citizens? Therefore, isn’t this section, while seeming to enforce the law, exempting about 95% of the problem population? In other words, this bill is meaningless, meant to fool the masses into thinking our southern border is being secured. Who is the Senate and the President beholden to, a “national of Mexico” or you and me, citizens of the United States?

So unless this particle passage of the bill is amended, it will be massive illegal immigration as usual despite what the President promised the other day.

What happens when there is no true border between Mexico and the United States?  Graft and corruption become the cultural norm.

El Paso, Texas government official politics look to be driven by bribery and payoffs.

So far, the former chief of staff for El Paso County Judge Anthony Cobos has pleaded guilty to four counts of conspiracy and fraud, admitting his involvement in alleged payoffs for county contracts.In his plea document, John Travis Ketner described 17 unnamed co-conspirators in ways that make them easily recognizable to observers of El Paso politics — so recognizable that the principals have not denied that he identified them.

They include Cobos, El Paso County commissioners Miguel Teran and Luis Sariñana — whose offices, along with the homes of other civic leaders, were raided by 75 federal agents last month — and Luther Jones, a former state representative described as “Co-conspirator One.”

Ketner also described Arturo Duran, who was President Bush’s former appointee to the International Boundary and Water Commission, as the “bag man” for several alleged bribery schemes.

All have denied wrongdoing.

Speculation among some community leaders is that the two-year investigation could result in the indictment of 50 people — a number a federal agent said is “not unreasonable.”

Adding to the intrigue is an acknowledgment from current County Commissioner Dan Haggerty that he had met secretly with FBI agents for nearly two years. Haggerty has long been suspicious that county contracts for goods, services and construction were rigged.

There are many aspects of Mexican culture which I find endearing and enjoyable. However, the importation of graft, bribery and corruption is not one of those aspects. I’ve often heard that El Paso and Juarez have become the Wild West of old. Do we really want to import anarchy? I think this is what President Bush, Ted Kennedy, Harry Reid, Lindsey Graham, John McCain….et al…..are looking to do to the United States.

Continue to call your Senators to vote no on cloture for immigration reform – see bill s.1348 (aka s.1639)!

Saw this over at Atlas Shrugs and had to post about it and share with the rest of CAII. The video here is from Cohen and Grigsby, a law company with offices in Pittsburgh, Pa and Bonita, Fla. and in Naples, Fla. It shows representatives from Cohen showing employers how to game the system and not hire American’s for jobs. These aren’t low paying “fruit picking” jobs either. These are high paying programmer type jobs. It’s rather disgusting.

While the U.S. lost about 500,000 tech jobs between 2000 and 2003, Congress admitted about 500,000 foreign tech workers on nonimmigrant visas: L-1 and H-1B – resulting in the displacement of over one million American workers. These visas provide no protection to U.S. workers, as employers are not required to consider U.S. applicants as a condition of obtaining H-1B visas. Even with record unemployment and new graduates unable to find work, Congress continues to flood the job market.

While protecting Citizens is among the most important roles of government, the U.S. Congress has knowingly violated the liberty and property interests that 500,000 Americans had in their chosen profession by allowing them to be displaced by foreign workers. Many highly skilled U.S. workers now work at Wal-Mart and Borders Books, while their jobs have been given to foreign workers.

It’s a fiction that the United States suffers a shortage of skilled labor, and most H-1B aliens fill entry-level jobs. By far the most H-1Bs are issued to people from India, with the second largest number coming from China.

On Oct 8 2004 the San Jose Mercury News reported that 50% of U.S. tech workers have been displaced from the profession. On Oct 9, 2004 the Indian press concedes the reduced H-1B visa quotas is “bad news for Indian body shops,” and reveals that many companies “sandbag” visas, securing visa before they even have the need for them.

Corporations continue importing H-1B aliens at the same time they lay off U.S. citizens. In 2002 the DOL granted 8000 LCAs for H-1B visas to Intel, even as Intel was laying of it’s American IT workers. The USICS website explains how easy it is to hire an H-1b rather than an American.

With hundreds of thousands of unemployed American engineers, why should corporations receive special privileges to import even more foreign workers?

Corporations love H-1B aliens not only because they work longer hours for lower wages, but also because it is more difficult for them to change jobs. This system is an affront to free enterprise because the regulations confine the foreigners to their sponsoring corporations like indentured servants.

Government officials don’t check for violations of H-1B regulations or determine if there really is an actual shortage of U.S. skilled workers.

Computer science expert Dr. Norman Matloff provided ample proof to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Immigration, that H-1B aliens depress wages for all workers. He cited a UCLA study that H-1B engineers were paid 33 percent less than comparable Americans, a Cornell study that found wages 20-30 percent less, and a Forbes Magazine report that H-1B wages are 25-30 percent less.

This is not free-market economics. It is collusion between corporations that pour big money into politics to pass legislation that replaces American workers with foreign substitutes. The law keeps wages artificially low for the benefit of corporate profits.

Siemens ICN, used L-1 visas to replace 20 American computer techies with aliens from India. “Management mandated we train our foreign replacements, then Americans were shown the door. It was the most demoralizing thing I have ever experienced,” stated Mike Emmons.

These nonimmigrant visas are causing irreparable constitutional harm to Americans and should be suspended immediately.
