We saw the report on FOX News about credit cards that allow illegal aliens to apply for credit without a social security number. We did not realize how long the list of Financial Institutions was. I am going to spread the news to all my family members and friends.

There are more important issues dealing with illegal aliens that can make a difference.
I think the prospects for enforcement of the law mentioned is dubious at best.
I am not infavor of anything positive pertaining to illegal aliens, except to send them back where they came from.
Here is an idea for us to get something back from all the illegals arrested. Instead of just shipping them back to where ever they came from, we should reinstitute the chain gang. If they came here for work, we’ll give them work alright. If they came here for an easier life, we’ll introduce them to the kind of life this country was built on. Have them digging irrigation ditches where needed, or some other mundane, no skill required labor intensive job that needs to be done to improve our communities. I’m sure 6 months of hard labor before being deported back to their home country will be an incentive not to rush back across the boarder, and I”m sure they’ll get the word out to other would be illegals. It might even help offset the cost of deporting them.

I think Carl has the right idea!!! More importantly we have to get our spineless government to change the old laws and put in some new ones!! The Cubans being allowed in once the touch the soil and as well if they “Pop some puppies” in the USA the “Puppies” being made US citizens!!! These are a few off the top of my head!!!

Luis you and jhon need a wake up slap!!! This country was founded by immigrants but there was NO SYSTEM for them to live off of!! The Mexicans and the rest of you illegals come in take the cream pay no taxes and live off the system. Why should the US tax payers let all of you in??? We do not need you!!! Stay where you all belong!!!! If you want to go through the time to learn the English language and do citizenship by the book then fine but not just coming in and living however you please!!!
I am so sick and tired of these illegals coming in and demanding their”rights”. They shouldn’t have any!! They’re ILLEGAL. That word means not legal in all languages. And I’m sick of our government selling us out. Why can an illegal alien come here and start a business? I had a good business but couldn’t come up with the down payment to buy the building in time and was forced out…and lost everything. Then an alien can in, bought the business (probably with no money down) and doesn’t even have to pay taxes for 7 years. I can’t understand why the banks wouldn’t help me but will help any alien or illegal? Won’t they go bankrupt?
I for one, will never stop fighting this illegal wave. It’s said that if it isn’t stopped now that within three years they will overrun this country from sea to sea. I for one, will die with an American flag in my hand before they push me into the sea (as some Mexicans have threatened_.The only reason they think they have a right to be here and demand things of us is that our government has given them and continues to give them our birhtright!!

The current immigration debate opens up questions about the rights of employers and employees, particularly those engaged in domestic work. As the topic grabs headlines, many Americans may wonder how this issue affects their households.
Carl has a good idea…..let them work days to cover the cost of processing & deportation, and spend their nights in jail! No, not the cushy jails with legal aid, cable TV & college classes, but the kind of jails that they have in their own country - many of them have already experienced them so they should have no trouble ‘assimilating’ to rats, bugs & sleeping on the floor!
Really, though - Fred Thompson had some excellent ideas for dealing with this problem. (See NUMBERSUSA.com) The suggestion to dig the Rio Grande deeper and wider, to discourage the non-swimmers also sounds like a perfectly logical, aesthetically-pleasing alternative as well. No ugly fence, and American ranchers could continue to water their livestock at the river.
I know that since Prince William Co., VA increased their laws and enforcement, many illegals are moving over to MD. Our MD legislature needs to ACT NOW to stop the flow and the drain on our resources. Many Maryland citizens are already struggling and we simply can not afford to take care of people who thwart our laws. We have already seen the increase in crime around the Beltway with the gang activity that has come with the illegals. Stabbings have become more prominent in the news just in the past year and usually involves Hispanic victims and/or perpetrators. We have enough trouble in our communities - without importing more!
I agree with Carl… But… Let’s make 12 Months of hard labor instead of six. These people are Illegal CRIMINALS & should be treated as such!
