Fifty Two cities across the nation have passed ordinances in an effort to enforce Federal Laws that our Government refuses to. Of course they are being challenged by the American Civil Latinos Union(ACLU) businesses that want to hire illegal aliens and Land lords that want to rent to them.

Now it is becomming apparent judges are scraping for any reason to stall them….
In Escondido, Judge John Houston (a Bush appointee) issued a 21 page ruling spelling out his convoulted reasoning. Among his reasons for the injunction………

  • The measure might be preempted by federal law that already establishes penalties for harboring illegal immigrants.WELL DUH! If the Feds were doing their jobs there would be no need for local ordinances of any kind.BUT HERE’S THE KICKER:
  • He said “The city’s proposed reliance on a federal database system to determine tenants’ immigration status could burden immigration officials who would be asked to issue final determinations on an individual’s residency…..

Well…..HOLY MOLY!…….WE WOULDN’T WANT TO “BURDEN” ICE OFFICIALS BY ASKING THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!

Of course Bush is not doing his job…….Michael Chertoff is not doing his job……why should we expect ICE to do theirs?

YOU THINK THIS BOTHERS YOU?…..Read the comments Escondido residents made on this Brilliant Judge’s ruling:

Could burden, COULD BURDEN? Do you even know or are you guessing! Jeez heaven forbid we ask immigration to do their jobs! I am burdened at work 12 hours a day. Let’s see what other lame excuse he comes up with to derail this law. ”

Boo Hoo! The Federal government should just lay down and cry. What a bunch of whiners!”

If these problems are not addressed then the U.S. Citizens will start leaving this city and it will truly turn into Tijuana.”

The Psychic Hotline?”

Taxpayer Burden wrote on November 21, 2006 8:24 AM:”Houston is concerned about burdening immigration officials? What about the taxpayers tired of the burden of providing free education, social services and health care to illegals? Maybe it is time to hire some more hardworking, legal residents and taxpaying citizens to do the work that illegals don’t want to do and process illegals for deportation! Why would there even be a question about the federal authority to govern immigration law? Could it be that they set precedent in not governing and enforcing it? Opponents of the housing ordinance keep pointing out that it IS the federal government’s responsibility to enforce immigration laws, not the City of Escondido!”

Lawmakers are going to have to come to the realization that people are mad, and they want the ILLEGAL aliens deported, not rewarded. It is a process, we must keep ever vigilant in our watch over our country.”

Our Government is not protecting us, and refuses to do so.
OUR CONGRESS, (PEOPLE WHO TOOK AN OATH TO PROTECT US) HAS WELCOMED MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS INTO OUR COUNTRY AND………. DOESN’T KNOW WHO THEY ARE….. DOESN’T KNOW WHERE THEY CAME FROM…. DOESN’T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE LIVING….. DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING…..HAS NO PLAN TO FIND THEM….. HAS NO INTENTION OF MAKING THEM LEAVE…..AND HAS NO INTENTION OF PREVENTING THOUSANDS MORE FROM CROSSING OUR BORDER EVERY DAY…
THESE ARE PEOPLE WE VOTED FOR…….
Americans are passing laws to protect themselves……and, They will continue to do so. It does not stop here………..
