About The Coalition Against Illegal Immigration
We are a coalition of bloggers who have joined together to secure our borders and fight against Illegal Immigration. We have three levels of participation. Would you like to join the fight?

I want to know why our state offices are not reporting illegals who attempt to draw unemployment or receive other benefits. I just read that we have 10,000 in Hamblen County, TN. We have a numerous plant closing in the area and many are out of work. Yet, employers are being allowed to employ illegals through temporary services. What can we do to demand our laws be enforced??

I am a retired equal/civil rights litigator with our government. While what Bank of America is doing with it’s credit card to illegal aliens program may be legal, I can make a case for B of A’s discriminating against US citizens and legal resudents based on:
“Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) prohibit discrimination on the basis of national origin. IRCA also prohibits discrimination on the basis of citizenship.” B of A has a policy of denying credit cards to anyone having a bankruptcy within the past 10 years, despite having excellent credit since and/or other adverse credit reporting. Illegal aliens escaped from their country and left everything behind, including debts. But B of A is willing to take a chance on a “known” breaker of US law, while denying credit to Americans. This is discrimination. What would happen if Americans or legal residents who were denied credit filed discrimination complaints against B of A with the US DOJ? Boycotts are not enough, but thousands of individual complaints could bring B of A to a standstill.

I am outraged at Bank of America’s announcement about giving credit cards to illegal aliens. When is our government going to start enforcing our laws. Babies born to illegal aliens should NOT be American citizens, American companies should NOT hire illegals, they should not be allowed to collect unemployement, have free medical services, free education for their children and the list goes on and on. If you take away all the benefits they are now receiving there will not be the incentive for them to come across the border. WHEN IS OUR GOVERNMENT GOING TO WAKE UP!

I read your piece on “25 Reasons To Deport Illegal Aliens” and I wanted to point out a major error in #21, where you state that the number of illegals “may be as high as 20 million” and you then list Bear Stearns Report as the source for the “20 million”. What you failed to realize or at least mention in that reference, is the fact that the report was made on Jan. 5, 2005–USING 2004 DATA!! Moreover, you failed to relate the now-famous Time Magazine front page story on the Invasion from 2005 wherein they estimated that 3 million per year were breaking into the country. As that report was more than 2 years ago, and as it is pretty obvious to most Californians and other Americans that once here, illegal aliens have it a lot better than they do in Mexico and aren’t going back to visit their families, in part because of fear of being caught and deported–which if done twice is a felony under Federal law. So, I suppose you could getm away with saying “There are a minimum of 26 million illegals in the U.S.”, but you’d be meing much too conservative and estimator. Why? Because, my friend, there are at least 7 to 8 million illegal aliens in Los Angeles County ALONE (they say it’s 6 million, but you can figure on the true amount always being considerably higher as most illegals don’t want to be counted or report. Most experts on the numbers game know that California has more than half of all illegals in the U.S. If the number were 26 million, that would mean that California has over 13 million illegals, with So. Cal. having the largest number–porbably 9 or 10 million. Northern California has millions more including many hundreds of thousands of Asian and Middle Eastern illegals. And I haven’t even counted New York City, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago and everywhere else in the U.S. I think you would be “safe” henceforth saying that there are “at least 30 million illegals in the U.S., possibly as many as 40 million”. We all know that 10,000 a day are getting thru our defenseless Southern Border. That number is going to go up before the summer heat hits. When the Mexican trucks begin hauling God knows what into the U.S., don’t be surprised if some of their “loads” are going to made up of smugglees and not goods.
