Gay Man Being Deported Because Marriage Not Recognized

30 10 2010

Cry me a River. First, we have to many “immigrants”, legal and illegal coming to this country. Here’s an idea: fix your own country, and stay there. We have enough problems in this country that we are dealing with.
From myfoxny.com:

Henry Velandia and Josh Vandiver married in Montville, Connecticut on August 29, 2010. Henry Velandia is in deportation proceedings because the Defense of Marriage Act prevents Josh Vandiver from sponsoring him for residency.

How much money are these proceedings costing tax payers?

Mexican gov’t is helping Illegal aliens get US financial assistance! Say what???

27 10 2010

Article link: http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474978633246#cid-1688849886703218

This is a pandemic. The illegals are getting access to OUR money with the help of the MEXICAN Gov’t. If we do not take action, and fast, Illegals will overrun our country and take over. Read to understand. You don’t want to miss this information. This is a NATIONAL security issue. Why is our Gov’t allowing this to happen???!!!! They are breaking our laws and on purpose! How dare they! How dare the Mexican gov’t. These people need to be punished in a big way!

The Santa Ana , CA , Mexican Consulate setup a mobile Mexican Matricula Consular ID center on UNITED STATES PUBLIC SCHOOL PROPERTY- Capistrano School District at the Adult English Language Development Center located at 31351 Camino Real, San Juan Capistrano , CA . The Mexican Matricula Consular ID card is an ID card issued to Mexican foreign nationals in the United States. The matricula consular is useful in the United States only for illegal aliens, because legal immigrants by definition have legal U.S. government-issued documents.

The fee is $27 per Matricula Consular application.

When the Minutemen arrived at the Capistrano School District Adult School there was a hub of activity. A mobile Mexican Consulate center was in full swing.

Matricula means: of a like group and consular means: from a consulate.

After 9/11, the Mexican Government realized that they could not gain another U.S. amnesty for illegal aliens. Instead, they launched a lobbying campaign to gain acceptance of the ID at state and local levels and from U.S. banks.

U.S. Congressman Tom Tancredo said, “The only people who benefit from having such an ID are those who have come illegally and have broken our laws.” This ID card is essentially a back door attempt at a stealth amnesty and a direct challenge to the jurisdiction of Congress over U.S. immigration policy. Roberto Rodriguez Hernandez, director of the Mexican card program was quoted as saying “It’s necessary to push the need for an amnesty at all levels.”

The Matricula card is not a secure document (the Matricula Cards on this page are of American citizens). Mexico does not authenticate documents used to obtain the ID against computerized data files in Mexico. No major bank in Mexico accepts the card to open an account and the cards are recognized as IDs in only 10 of Mexico’s 32 states and districts.

Legal resident Mexicans have U.S. issued green cards, for identification.

Mexican Nationals in the U.S. ILLEGALLY do NOT have a green card and therefore want a Mexican Matricula Consular Identification Card Box of matricula consular application forms on US public school property

One Minuteman

After the Minutemen had been onsite for about an hour and a half, the mobile center was shut down – above photo. Once Minutemen began to observe and report, documenting and photographing. The Mexican Nationals no longer ventured forth to the center and many, who had been in attendance, left the mobile center. MEXICAN DIPLOMAT TELLS MINUTEMEN – LEAVE! The Mexican diplomat, above, approached the Minutemen as the Minutemen were peacefully strolling about- on United States public school property – observing and taking photos of the event. The Mexican diplomat, above, would not give us her business card nor her name Minutewoman – peacefully assembling on public school property

Minutemen assembled on U.S. school property

The Mexican diplomat repeatedly said, “This a private event for Mexicans only…You cannot be here…I am telling you nicely as I do not want to call the police. Please leave.”

Minuteman Project National Rally Spokesman Raymond Herrera said to the Mexican diplomat, “No, we will not leave. We are guaranteed freedom of assembly under

Mexican Consulate Mobile Matricula Consular Center at the school, Mexican government ID transactions on U.S. public school property OUR Constitution.” We said to the diplomat, “The U.S. should adopt Mexico ‘s immigration policy.” “Oh,” she agreed. ” Mexico has a very good immigration policy.”

Mexican diplomat south side of the mobile center The Mexican diplomat was particularly vexed by our photographing of the event. ” DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS,” she commanded repeatedly. Minutemen stated that in the USA , we have the right to photograph in public. “No, you cannot take photos,” she insisted. Herrera and the diplomat then entered into a lengthy discussion in Spanish. GANG MEMBER with application in hand

The man, above photo, displayed gang hand signals and yelled out “THIS IS OUR TERRITORY!” The Mexican diplomat witnessed and seemingly approved of the gang member at the “Mexican Only” event. He appeared to be filling out an application – in his left hand above. Many have informally been told that in the Hispanic community only gang members wear black shoes. Note in the photo above, the only man in black shoes is the self-professed gang member. DIPLOMAT ASSAULTS! The Minutewoman, above, had been quietly photographing… Photo by Deb – Mexican Diplomat has a matricula consular card in her hand, Suddenly the door above opened, and the Mexican diplomat, came out yelling. To our utter amazement, the diplomat started to strike out at the Minutewoman! We were in a state of shock. As she yelled, she struck across the Minutewoman’s lower right jaw and lip, several times. The Minutewoman above, in her left hand, used her sign as a shield, while pulling her camera back from the assaulting Mexican diplomat Ten minutes after the assault the Minutewoman still had a “stinging” sensation on her lip and jaw area. POLICE ARRIVE Police arrived after the assault.

The police said they had been called by the consulate as they had reported that the Minutemen were inside the building yelling and pushing about. We never entered the building and had been quietly moving outside, on school property. Herrera spoke with officers then requested they interview the diplomat. Per the officer’s request, the diplomat came forward. “They must leave,” she said to the officer. But the officer replied, “No, this is a public school and they can be here.” The diplomat then said that we must stop photographing them. “Ma’am,” the officer informed her, “You are in a public area and they can photograph.” The officer then asked her, “Do you have the paperwork to use this facility.” “Yes,” she replied. “I would like to see it,” the officer said, “I don’t have the paperwork with me,” she said back to him. “I would like to see your identification, ” the officer said.

OFFICER ON THE PHONE After the officer spoke with the diplomat, he returned to his vehicle and spoke on his cell phone for about 15 to 20 minutes. After he hung up, he met with us. He said the consulate did not have paperwork but that he had spoken to the individual who had granted the use of the school. He said that we could continue to assemble on the school property. He appeared sympathetic about the Minutewoman assault, but said the

“No, you can’t,” she said to the officer. The officer at this point followed her inside of the building. “I have no identification with me, I did not drive,” she finally said as the officer pursued the issue. At this point, the door shut and the officer remained inside of the building. Mexican Consulate staff had diplomatic immunity. CONSULAR VEHICLE Please forward! Americans must know what is happening behind our backs, in our own country!! What is a Matricula Consular card? http://www.theamericanresistance.com/issues/matricula_id_card.html

Currently, more than 350 financial institutions accept Matricula Consular cards as proof of identification thereby allowing thousands of illegal immigrants to have access to mainstream U.S. financial services.

A Plan To Take Back The Republic

25 10 2010

For those who do not listen to my radio show, I spent 10 years trying to figure out how to get back to the Constitutional Republic given to us by those who created the Constitution, with out bloodshed and this is what I came up with:

We need to take back our local and State governments with true Constitutional Conservatives. I am talking from the school boards, town councils to the Governor of the State. We the people have to get off our backsides and find candidates, convince them to run and help them get elected. We the people have been asleep behind the wheel for too long. Once we achieve this the State re-asserts their Constitutional Sovereignty and tells the federal government we will no longer follow your unconstitutional mandates, give you unconstitutional money, take money from you and we do not care what the courts think. We, the States, created you to serve our needs and not the other way around. There are no “implied powers” in the Constitution. The states purge their courts of those who have served in bad behavior and once enough states are taken back we hold an article 5 convention and make the Constitution CRYSTAL CLEAR, including stating the courts will use natural law as found in Emerich de Vatell’s Law of Nations and place limitations on the courts. We then purge the Federal courts of those who have served in bad behavior and replace them with people who understand the role of the courts is to look at the original intent of thee legislators who created the law and apply it to the person or situation in front of them, not re-interpret the law. Now we get rid of all the unconstitutional laws and bureaucracy that were created and phase out all government entitlement programs. anything we want to keep we have to amend the Constitution to to keep them. Like we need the air force, but this requires an amendment. This puts the general government back into it’s Constitutional box.

Speaking of the military, no standing army, we have the militia, we the people and the organized militia, the National Guard and the navy, with Marines, Seals and planes. I would pull ALL our military back home and close all over seas bases. Obviously the Navy would still patrol. Use the National Guard to secure our borders and build the dang fence with gun turrets, unmanned drones, and seismic sensors. the Airforce would have bases here in the USA to protect us.

Now we have our liberty back without a bloody revolution. Sending people to Washington will only slow the train wreck down, they will not and cannot dismantle the federal government from within, but the states have the power.

11 Tucson teachers sue Arizona over new ‘anti-Hispanic’ schools law

19 10 2010

I am sooo glad that our country is starting to wake up and “smell, the minority tyranny”. I do not want my tax payer dollars to go to any “ETHNIC” studies. Teach the kids the basics so we can again have “achievers” and not “socially correct” morons. Keep up the good fight people. God is on our side. Oh, no, I said the “G” word.

From CNN U.S.;

Eleven Tucson, Arizona, educators sued the state board of education and superintendent this week for what the teachers consider an “anti-Hispanic” ban looming on Mexican-American studies.

The suit comes in a state already roiled by a controversial immigration law that is being challenged in court.

On Tuesday, state Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne defended the new law, which will go into effect December 31. The law authorizes the superintendent to stop any ethnic studies classes that “promote the overthrow of the United States government … promote resentment toward a race or class of people … (or) advocate ethnic solidarity instead of treatment of pupils as individuals.”

Horne said he would seek the first-ever ban in Tucson for its “raza studies” program, now called Mexican-American studies. Raza means “the race” in Spanish.

If anyone wants to take these dumbass courses on their own, fine, but our children should not be forced, as prisoners of the public school system to do so. Parents please protest, it’s up to you.

Immigration cases being tossed by the hundreds

18 10 2010

isn’t this just lovely…

From the houston chronicle:

In the month after Homeland Security officials started a review of Houston’s immigration court docket, immigration judges dismissed more than 200 cases, an increase of more than 700 percent from the prior month, new data shows.

The number of dismissals in Houston courts reached 217 in August — up from just 27 in July, according to data from the Executive Office for Immigration Review, which administers the nation’s immigration court system.

In September, judges dismissed 174 pending cases — the vast majority involving immigrants who already were out on bond and had cases pending on Houston’s crowded downtown court docket, where hearings are now being scheduled into 2012.

Roughly 45 percent of the 350 cases decided in that court in September resulted in dismissals, the records show.

The EOIR data offer the first glimpse into Homeland Security’s largely secretive review of pending cases on the local immigration court docket.

In early August, federal attorneys in Houston started filing unsolicited motions to dismiss cases involving suspected illegal immigrants who have lived in the country for years without committing serious crimes.

News of the dismissals, first reported in the Houston Chronicle in late August, caused a national controversy amid allegations that the Obama administration was implementing a kind of “backdoor amnesty” — a charge officials strongly denied.

In recent weeks, some immigration attorneys reported the dismissals have slowed somewhat, while others reported they now have to ask ICE trial attorneys to exercise prosecutorial discretion in order to have their cases dismissed. Others, however, said they are still being approached by government attorneys seeking to file joint motions for case dismissal.

Well, we have to keep them in the country until we can get them amnesty right? The administration refuses to stop people coming into our country illegally and refuses to enforce the laws and deport them.

Mexican assassins headed to Arizona

16 10 2010

This will get your attention!

From The Washington Times:

Drug smuggling gangs in Mexico have sent well-armed assassins, or “sicarios,” into Arizona to locate and kill bandits who are ambushing and stealing loads of cocaine, marijuana and heroin headed to buyers in the United States, the Department of Homeland Security has warned Arizona law enforcement authorities.

In a memo sent in May and widely circulated since, the department said: “We just received information from a proven credible confidential source who reported that a meeting was held in Puerto Penasco in which every smuggling organization who utilizes the Vekol Valley was told to attend. This included rival groups within the Guzman cartel.”

…The Vekol Valley is a widely-traveled drug smuggling corridor running across Interstate 8 between the Arizona towns of Casa Grande and Gila Bend, continuing north towards Phoenix. It gives drug smugglers the option of shipping their goods to California or to major cities both north and east.

The Homeland Security memo said a group of “15, very well equipped and armed sicarios complete with bullet proof vests” had been sent into the valley. It said the assassins would be disguised as “groups of ‘simulated backpackers’ carrying empty boxes covered with burlap into the Vekol Valley to draw out the bandits.” Once identified, the memo said, “the sicarios will take out the bandits.”

This is the same area where the Federal Government powered SIGNS warning U.S. Citizens It is dangerous to travel in this area in response to Arizona’s request for 3000 National Guard troops. Do you still think the border is ‘secure”?

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, whose county lies at the center of major drug and alien smuggling routes to Phoenix and cities east and west, told The Washington Times earlier this month that Mexican drug cartels have posted scouts on the high points in the mountains and in the hills and “they literally control movement.

“They have radios, they have optics, they have night-vision goggles as good as anything law enforcement has,” he said. “This is going on here in Arizona. This is 70 to 80 miles from the border — 30 miles from the fifth-largest city in the United States.”

Our general government has grown way outside it’s intended Constitutional limits and yet it refuses to do it’s Con stitutional duty to protect the States from invasion! It is time to throw all these bums out and take back the States with true Constitutional conservatives and then re-assert the states Constitutional Sovereignty. This will allow us to get our Republic back from the federal government.

Immigrants file frivolous lawsuit against local immigration law!

15 10 2010

Cross posted from Psycobabble:

This is beyond despicable. Their lawyer is saying they have done nothing wrong. Dude they are here ILLEGALLY! That makes them CRIMINALS! So stop saying that there not. 1- they all got caught because they committed a crime, 2-Just being illegal makes it a crime. What is wrong with these people! This lawsuit is not going to get that far. These people have no rights in this country, they are not CITIZENS. They all need to be deported. I don’t care if it does tear up the families, they should have thought about that! This is their consequence! Why the hell would you try to put it on us????!!!!! Morons!

Here is the article:

Three immigrants in Georgia are suing to challenge a government program that allows local authorities to enforce federal immigration law, and they are seeking to have the case declared a class action to represent many other immigrants.

Experts say the lawsuit, filed last week in federal court in Atlanta, could be the first to directly challenge the legitimacy of the 287(g) program, which has been used to identify more than 180,000 illegal immigrants for deportation nationwide since 2006.

“I have heard of nobody filing a lawsuit on this, and I would have heard about it,” said Charles Kuck, a prominent Atlanta immigration lawyer and past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

The lawsuit names U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement director John Morton, Cobb County Sheriff Neil Warren, an investigator for the Georgia Department of Public Safety and other officials as defendants.

A Department of Public Safety spokesman and a spokeswoman for Warren’s office said Thursday their agencies hadn’t seen the lawsuit and couldn’t comment. An ICE spokesman said the agency doesn’t comment on pending litigation.

The lawsuit seeks to define the class as “all Hispanic persons who have been or will be restrained and interrogated within the State of Georgia” by local authorities enforcing federal immigration law under an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

As of late September, the 287(g) program had been used to identify 14,692 illegal immigrants in Georgia for deportation in the four years since Cobb became the first county in the state to launch the program, according to ICE. Three additional counties plus the state Department of Public Safety have since signed agreements.

The lawsuit alleges ICE has failed to train, supervise and otherwise oversee sheriff’s deputies in Cobb County, where the three plaintiffs live. It also claims ICE has improperly delegated its power to local authorities.

“This is a bad thing, and it tears apart families,” said attorney Erik Meder, who filed the lawsuit. “While these people are certainly in the country illegally, they aren’t criminals and don’t deserve to be locked up and separated from their families.”

Immigration officials have broad discretionary power and should not be issuing a notice to appear which initiates deportation proceedings for illegal immigrants who are arrested and discovered to be in the country illegally after initially having been stopped for relatively minor offenses, the lawsuit says.

The program is part of the 1996 Immigration and Nationality Act, but wasn’t used much until 2006. It is intended to train state and local officers in immigration law enforcement and enables them to identify and detain illegal immigrants, who can then be turned over to ICE.

It has become a rallying point for immigrant rights activists all over the country who say it encourages racial profiling and discourages Latinos from reporting crimes for fear of being deported.

The inspector general of the Department of Homeland Security, which includes ICE, reported in March that the 287(g) program was poorly supervised and provided insufficient training to officers. The inspector general made recommendations for overhauling the program.

It was the second critical report for the program. The Government Accountability Office had criticized it in July 2009.

Meder said the program is unconstitutional because it “impermissibly delegates federal power to local authorities with insufficient oversight.”

Kuck doesn’t support the 287(g) program but said he believes Congress specifically authorized ICE to delegate enforcement authority to local entities.

“Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s unconstitutional,” he said. “I don’t think there’s any harm in challenging it, but I don’t expect the suit to go anywhere. And I certainly don’t think it will be given class-action status.”

Brittney Nystrom of the National Immigration Forum, a Washington-based immigrant advocacy organization, said she hasn’t heard of any other lawsuit that directly attacks 287(g) on its merits.

“Most of the advocacy around this program is that local authorities aren’t using the authority they’re given correctly, that there’s racial profiling, for example,” she said.

The three named plaintiffs in the lawsuit “each represent a different kind of abuse” of the program, Meder said.

One, a Mexican citizen who came to the U.S. legally in 2004 but overstayed her authorization, was arrested after a car crash for not having a driver’s license and is being deported.

The second, an illegal immigrant arrested on a shoplifting charge that she is fighting, is in deportation proceedings. But the lawsuit argues she should be able to stay until her criminal case is decided.

The third is an El Salvadoran immigrant who has legal authorization to work in the U.S. but was arrested in July on felony forgery charges. Authorities say he used a false immigration document to renew his driver’s license, a charge he denies.

Notice how there is nothing but blame. Local states have EVERY right to enforce laws. That is their job! These 3 immigrants are all illegal. 2 came here legally on work visa’s, 1 let her’s get delinquent, and the other forged documents because he too overstayed his visa. These are not law abiding citizens! They were not racially profiled. They got caught because they were INVOLVED in a crime! There is no abuse here. This lawsuit is frivolous and will be seen as such. What this local state is doing, is NOT unconstitutional, by any means. These people need to give it a rest. WE THE PEOPLE have spoken, now SHUT UP and LISTEN!

Undocumented Immigrants/Real Crimes 10/14

15 10 2010

Cross posted from Virtuous Republic:

Another crime perpetrated against an American citizen, this time in the Greater Cincinnati area, by an illegal immigrant. This one, like the others that I have presented to you, is the fault of every individual in the U.S. who opposes a secured southern border.

The courtroom of Judge Keith Spaeth was steeped in sorrow and bewilderment Friday as Alexis Ramirez, now 15, was sentenced for the rape, robbery, beating and kidnapping of 64-year-old Phyllis Mays in her Liberty Township home Jan. 11.The boy threatened Mays with the gun, hit her with it and sexually assaulted her. Then he ordered Mays to drive him to a money machine. On the way, he jumped out of Mays’ car and ran away with her purse.Assistant Prosecutor Brad Burress pointed out that, shortly after the teen’s arrest, Detective Jason Rosser said the teen told him: “Well, I guess I have to pay the price for having a little fun.”The teen also reportedly said: “How much time will I have to do? A year or so?”Feltner said the incident’s effects continue. “It sent a shoock wave — like you drop a rock in the pond, you see the ripples, and it’s still rippling I’m just begging the court to keep him locked up for as long as possible.”David Brewer argued a shorter sentence would cost taxpayers less. His client is an an illegal immigrant who will be deported to his home country, Mexico, after completing his prison term, unless laws change by then. Read more….

An old lady’s life was ruined because as a nation, we simply have lost our way. Nothing is important, nothing is sacred, nothing is holy, nothing is special and thus, nothing is done to protect our nation, because it isn’t worth protecting.

Sheriff’s Joe’s Office Raids Meat Packing Plant Workers For ID Theft

13 10 2010

Sheriff’s Office Arrests Now Stand at 435 in Employer Sanction/Identity Theft Investigations

From Borderfire Report:

Phoenix, AZ. – Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies conducted an early morning raid arresting 14 workers (nine male, five female) in the Office’s 39th identity theft operation.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says his detectives were acting on information received from inside sources claiming the business has been knowingly hiring illegal aliens who are using false identification to work in the United States.

Today’s raid comes on the heels of a controversial court ruling in favor of those who are suing Arpaio to stop Arizona’s enforcement of SB1070.

“My job as Sheriff is to continue to enforce all the laws of this state until when and if courts rule that law enforcement authorities can no longer enforce the immigration laws enacted by this state. I will not be intimidated by the falsehoods of some racial profiling allegations or by the politicos in Washington who want to minimize this issue.”

In addition to this morning’s raid, Sheriff Arpaio’s deputies have arrested 421 employees during similar workplace investigations, all of whom were later determined to be in the United States illegally.

I LOVE this guy, I wish I had a sheriff like this! He gets it enforce the laws currently on the books and it is driving the Obamanus administration crazy!

In the developing stages now, Arpaio says, is an all volunteer posse to augment the Sheriff’s SB1070 efforts. That posse is schedule to hit the streets within the next several weeks and will concentrate solely fighting illegal immigration.

That’s the ticket, use the unorganized militia, we the people!

Summerville council to vote on illegal immigration law

13 10 2010

More and more states and localities are taking action on illegal aliens, why because they destroy the neighborhoods they live in and are taking jobs American Citizens need and want. The myth that they are good for our economy is rediculous

From WCSC TV

The Summerville town council will vote on a new law to combat illegal immigrants Wednesday night.

The law would require employers to check the citizenship status of their workers.

The town rejected an earlier proposal that would have forced landlords to check the status of their tenants.

Some council members say they need to take a stand on immigration because federal authorities haven’t.

More and more states and localities are taking action on illegal aliens, why because they destroy the neighborhoods they live in their children go to our schools for free, the families do get social services, they close down our hospitals and the illegal aliens are taking jobs American Citizens need and want. The myth that they are good for our economy is ridiculous!
