Here’s the LAW…..Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he: …..

Assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. Encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer .

Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who within any 12-month period hires ten or more individuals with actual knowledge that they are illegal aliens or unauthorized workers is guilty of felony harboring.

Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property.

It is unlawful to hire an individual for employment in the United States without complying with employment eligibility verification requirements. Requirements include examination of identity documents and completion of Form I-9 for every employee hired.

The use of temporary or short-term contracts cannot be used to circumvent the employment authorization verification requirements.

Well….That seems pretty straight foward…….

The video was captured by activists with SaveOurState.org during a recent protest. They were protesting a Home Depot (a day labor site) in Canoga Park, CA. Contact information for Nestle corporation is provided and activists are encouraged to share their feelings with Nestle.

Dear Ms. _ _ _ _, Thank you for contacting us. We were surprised and dismayed when the video appearing on YOUTUBE was brought to our attention. The man wearing the Nestlé badge appearing on the video is NOT a Nestlé employee, and his comments do not represent the views of Nestlé nor do they represent our policies or practices. He is an outside supplier retained by Nestlé to perform services at our Chatsworth, California manufacturing facility. He had a temporary contractor badge to enter the facility. Rest assured that we are investigating this situation. Nestlé follows all laws regarding documentation of our workers; we only employ those who have the right to legally work in the U.S. We also expect our suppliers to adhere to all applicable laws. Again, we appreciate your forwarding these concerns to us.

Investigating…..Righhhhht….”Outside supplier” sure sounds like double speak for “contractor” Did you see the word Temporary anywhere on the badge? Here, let me re-type the law that applies …… The use of temporary or short-term contracts cannot be used to circumvent the employment authorization verification requirements.

Golly….could Nestle be using outside contractors to circumvent Federal immigration Laws?…… of course I could be totally off base here. Maybe he was a supplier for their American Patriots Program, or a spokesman for the Way they feel about the millions in pentagon contracts they get every year. He sure seemed to have chocolately feelings for his country. __________________________________________

In 2004 Nestle gave 95% of it’s contributions to incumbents.

The Battle to stop illegal immigration is Here…..Until we see these traitors and the companies that use them hauled off in cuffs, illegal immigration will never be stopped.
