Our hopes and prayers are with this brave band of Americans. Brian and I look forward to talking to Snooper on our radio show; The Uncooperative Radio Show this week.

Update on Mon, June 6, 2011 at 7:11 by Registered CommenterMark “Snooper” Harvey

I am about to enter into a Greasy Spoon in Someplace USA where I will strike up the conversations that I have been talking about to many, many people. Many have said that they will follow me and some said that they will ride with me. This isn’t what this trek is all about. I am Callin’ All the Clans Together and that is all.

My small group is not interested in starting a war with anyone except the marxist-moonbats that do exist. The marxist-moonbats have thrown the first punch and all we are doing is finishing the fight that they started. period.

I started this trek by using the following: Sick and tired – marching towards the Constitution of the United States. This was followed by a meeting with The Men of Laredo. This was followed by this very article that I am updating right now.

We are not here to kill anyone.

We are not here to wound anyone.

We are not here to make anyone happy, either.

We will defend ourselves against the marxist-moonbats should they come and see at least myself because I have no idea what the other 42 are doing. Three of the 42 are bloggers and they just might be writing on this now and you will have to see who they are because I’ll not tell you.

Some are saying that I am a retired undercover and armed CIA man…and I am not. I am armed with the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. I have a copy of Madison’s Notes. I have access to Vattel’s Law of Nations. This is what I am teaching. This is what I am preaching. Period.

So, onwards and upwards and I will update as I feel I must.

G’day!

PS: I ran out of the 100 copies of the USC so I will have to stop someplace and get some more copies coming and this is what I need the donations for as well as gasoline and food…I am sleeping in no hotels or motels…I have been sleeping in my truck.

11 Tucson teachers sue Arizona over new ‘anti-Hispanic’ schools law

19 10 2010

I am sooo glad that our country is starting to wake up and “smell, the minority tyranny”. I do not want my tax payer dollars to go to any “ETHNIC” studies. Teach the kids the basics so we can again have “achievers” and not “socially correct” morons. Keep up the good fight people. God is on our side. Oh, no, I said the “G” word.

From CNN U.S.;

Eleven Tucson, Arizona, educators sued the state board of education and superintendent this week for what the teachers consider an “anti-Hispanic” ban looming on Mexican-American studies.

The suit comes in a state already roiled by a controversial immigration law that is being challenged in court.

On Tuesday, state Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne defended the new law, which will go into effect December 31. The law authorizes the superintendent to stop any ethnic studies classes that “promote the overthrow of the United States government … promote resentment toward a race or class of people … (or) advocate ethnic solidarity instead of treatment of pupils as individuals.”

Horne said he would seek the first-ever ban in Tucson for its “raza studies” program, now called Mexican-American studies. Raza means “the race” in Spanish.

If anyone wants to take these dumbass courses on their own, fine, but our children should not be forced, as prisoners of the public school system to do so. Parents please protest, it’s up to you.

Survivor Details Massacre of 72 Migrants by Drug Cartel in Mexico

28 08 2010

From the AP:

MEXICO CITY — A wounded migrant stumbled into a military checkpoint and led marines to a gruesome scene, what may be the biggest massacre so far in Mexico’s bloody drug war: a room strewn with the bodies of 72 fellow travelers, some piled on top of each other, just 100 miles from their goal, the U.S. border.

The 58 men and 14 women were killed, the migrant told investigators Wednesday, by the Zetas cartel, a group of former Mexican army special forces known to extort migrants who pass through its territory.

If you read the entire article you come away with more questions than answers. Like what Marines? Does Mexico even have Marines? And, where were they migrating too? Oh, and by the way, our government trained the Zeta’s. WWhat a wonderful world we live in.

Administration’s ‘Silent Raids’ Lead to Firings, Not Deportations

11 07 2010

Yea, this administration is so much fun! They really respect the constitution and the rule of law! Whoo, Hoo!!!

The Obama administration’s new approach to dealing with companies that hire illegal immigrants results in firings, not deportations, the New York Times reported Friday.

Instead of immigration sweeps at factories and farms which used to lead to illegal workers being shipped out of the country, the administration’s new policy—government conducted audits labeled “silent raids” by employers—usually only result in the workers losing their jobs, the Times said.

The Times article comes just over a week after the president delivered his highly anticipated speech on immigration reform, which was criticized on both ends of the political spectrum.

In these audits, federal agents examine company records to find illegal workers on the payroll, forcing “businesses to fire every suspected illegal immigrant… not just those who happened to be on duty at the time of a raid,” the Times said. This makes it more difficult for companies to hire undocumented workers to fill these positions in the future, the article explained.

These audits reach more companies than the Bush raids, employers said. This year alone, Immigration and Customs Enforcement have facilitated the firing of thousands of immigrants and “levied a record $3 million in civil fines,” the Times reported. This current policy is a contrast to the Bush-era work-site roundups where undocumented employees were deported en masse. It also represents the current government opinion that treating the nation’s 11 million illegal immigrants as criminals would overwhelm the system.

First, every place in this article that they state “Immigrants” or “Illegal Immigrants” insert- “Illegal Aliens”. Which is the legal term for non-citizens under Federal law. Second, how in all that is holy does this help? Where will all these displaced workers go, pray-tell? And how much money were the companies fined? Can they stay in business as a result? Don’t get me wrong, I hate companies that hire illegal alien invaders, especially when there are so many Americans are out of work. But, useless raids that waste tax payer dollars and put non-citizens on unemployment is ludicrous. Cause you know, that is where they are ending up. And by the by, every time a business is raided and the Illegals are ousted, Americans take the jobs that Americans do not want. Brilliant!

17 caught in search for deputy’s attackers

7 05 2010

While Rome Burns all the Liberals and Commies are playing the violin for all these poor, poor Illegal Aliens.
From KTAR.com :

PHOENIX – Authorities have captured 17 suspected illegal immigrants in southern Arizona as they continued their manhunt Saturday for smugglers who they say shot and wounded a sheriff’s deputy in a remote desert area 50 miles south of Phoenix.
Pinal County sheriff’s Lt. Tamatha Villar says the three matched descriptions given by the sheriff’s deputy who was grazed by a bullet fired by a group of about five smugglers Friday afternoon.

I am sorry people, we are being invaded and I think that Mexico is declaring war on these United States of America. Too harsh. Bull, our citizens are being killed and kidnapped, our police are getting shot at, and our border towns are being overrun. What would the brave men that died at the Alamo have to say about this situation? Now do you understand why the State of Arizona enacted their new illegal immigration law? They are under attack.

Immigration rally draws thousands to Washington

24 03 2010

It didn’t take them long, did it? And it was not an “immigration rally”, it was an “illegal alien invasion” rally. That is what we call it on our radio show, The Uncooperative Radio Show.

From CNN:

Washington (CNN) — Tens of thousands of people turned out on Washington’s National Mall on Sunday to support the Obama administration in its next big battle, a renewed effort to overhaul U.S. immigration laws.

Speaking by video to the crowd, President Obama said he would do “everything in my power” to get a bipartisan deal within the year.

“You know as well as I do that this won’t be easy, and it won’t happen overnight,” Obama said. “But if we work together across ethnic, state and party lines, we can build a future worthy of our history as a nation of immigrants and a nation of laws.”

Obama’s appearance was followed by comments from Gustavo Torres, executive director of the Baltimore-based immigrant advocacy group CASA de Maryland. Torres told the crowd, “Mr. President, we are going to hold you accountable.”

Yes, Mr. President, a nation of laws that these people don’t give a rat’s ass of upholding. Congratulations!!!!

Comprehensive Amnesty Threat

15 03 2010

From NumbersUSA:

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), who also serves on the House Immigration Subcommittee, responded to Thursday’s immigration reform meeting at the White House by calling for more immigration enforcement. Rep. King also joined the recently formed Reclaim American Jobs Caucus.

“If President Obama is serious about addressing the immigration issue, he needs to focus on the millions of Americans who are out of work or worried about losing their jobs,” said Rep. King. “This is the time for the Obama administration to accelerate enforcement of immigration laws to make room for unemployed Americans — not grant amnesty.”

I agree. We also need to seal both borders, continue the raids on businesses that hire illegals, and when an illegal is found, not only send them back to wherever they came from, but send their families with them. That way we are not being cruel by separating families. They can go with the illegal and live happily ever after.

67% Say Illegal Immigrants Are Major Strain on U.S. Budget

3 03 2010

I know this article has a lot of stats in it but it is very interesting

From rasmussenreports.com

As the country wrestles with a future of historic-level deficits, 67% of U.S. voters say that illegal immigrants are a significant strain on the U.S. budget.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 23% disagree and do not believe illegal immigration is a strain on the budget.

Two-out-of-three (66%) voters say the availability of government money and services draw illegal immigrants to the United States. Nineteen percent (19%) think otherwise and do not believe government money and services are a magnet for illegal immigration. Another 15% are not sure.

Your just not hearing this from the Lame Stream Media.

President Names Two Washington Old-Timers to Study Debt Reduction

24 02 2010

I love “change” in Washington. NOT! I mean “what the Hell?” The more they preach “change” the more they remain the same or go backwards, in Washington.
My President is running a two bit shell game. Shuffle, shuffle, shuffle. And “we the people are paying for it, with money or flesh”. Now, everyone bend over at one time, please, and touch your toes.

President Obama on Thursday named two Washington old-timers to scour the sofa pillows in search of some change — enough to bring down the government’s massive deficits by 2015.

Former Clinton White House Chief of Staff Erskine Bowles and former Republican Sen. Alan Simpson were introduced as co-chairmen of a debt commission, which will look to reduce the federal budget deficit to 3 percent of gross domestic product in five years.

Obama said they were “taking on the impossible.”

“They’re going to try to restore reason to the fiscal debate and come up with answers,” he said.

My president has yet again created a new committee/bureaucracy. Where is he getting the money to pay all these people?

It’s All in the Name – North American Union

26 04 2008

Cross posted from Bear Creek Ledger:

Now instead of calling this the North American Union (NAU) of which
SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) is a prelude, the
superhighway will now be called a “regional loop“.
Whenever NAU or SPP is mentioned to the Administration the mentioners
are called conspiracy kooks. That’s kind of odd since all of this is
documented on the government’s own site.

NAU: Conspiracy or Coverup?

To see what the elites are planning, you don’t have
peek through keyholes or plant a spy under the table. Just read their
published reports.

The words most frequently used to describe their goals are
“economic integration,” “labor mobility,” “free movement of goods,
services and people across open borders,” and “harmonization” of
regulations.

The Council on Foreign Relations published a major report
on May 17, 2005, only two months after the Security and Prosperity
Partnership (SPP) was announced by President Bush, Mexico’s Vicente
Fox, and Canada’s Paul Martin in Waco on March 23, 2005. The CFR
document explaining SPP’s goals and methodology was posted on the U.S.
State Department website, thereby confirming its authenticity.

The CFR report explains
that the three SPP amigos at Waco “committed their governments” to
“Building a North American Community” by 2010 with a common “outer
security perimeter,” “the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico,”
allowing Mexican trucks “unlimited access,” “totalization” of illegal
aliens into the U.S. Social Security system, and “a permanent tribunal
for North American dispute resolution.”

The prestigious Center for Strategic & International Studies published a report in 2007 called “North American Future 2025 Project.” It advocates “economic integration,” the “free flow of people across national borders,” and “policies that integrate governments.”

The CSIS report even calls for “harmonizing legislation” on
intellectual property rights with other countries. That’s a direct
attack on our U.S. patent system, which is the key to U.S. leadership in inventions and innovation.

The Hudson Institute published a 35-page White Paper
in 2007 called “Negotiating North America: The Security and Prosperity
Partnership.” It states that SPP is the vehicle “for economic
integration” with Mexico and Canada and even “combines an agenda with a
political commitment.”

The Hudson White Paper explains

that SPP’s “design” is for the executive branch to exercise full
“authority” to “enforce and execute” whatever is decided by a 3-nation
agreement of “civil service professionals” as though it were “law.”
That means evading treaty ratification and even congressional
legislation and oversight.

Don’t forget the importance of the Wall Street Journal and its
longtime, very influential editorial-page editor, the late Robert
Bartley. When Mexico’s Vicente Fox called for NAFTA to evolve into
something like the European Union, Bartley wrote: “There is one voice north of the Rio Grande that supports his vision. To wit, this newspaper.”

One of the most influential business writers, Peter F. Drucker, wrote in his book, Post-Capitalist Society,
that “The economic integration of the three countries into one region
is proceeding so fast that it will make little difference whether the
marriage is sanctified legally or not.”

When Larry King asked Mexico’s Vicente Fox about plans for a “Latin America united with one currency,” Fox answered
in the affirmative. He said that one currency was part of the “vision”
of the Free Trade Area of the Americas that Bush agreed to in the Declaration of Quebec City in 2001.

So now we know why the Bush Administration won’t build a fence to interfere with “labor mobility” across open borders. Now we know why Bush won’t pardon Ignatio Ramos and Jose Compean, while winking at the prosecutor’s deal to give immunity to a professional drug smuggler.

Now we know why Bush thumbed his nose at the overwhelming congressional votes (411-3 in the House and 75-23 in the Senate) to exclude Mexican trucks from U.S. roads. Now we know why Bush has been more persistent in pursuing “totalization
to put illegal aliens into Social Security than to promote his proposal
to privatize a small part of Social Security for American citizens.

This is no conspiracy. It’s all part of the “economic integration”
of the North American countries that’s been openly talked about for
years.

Yet, today and tomorrow, the 3 countries will be meeting again in New Orleans, LA.

From Lonewacko:

The fourth annual “North American Leaders Summit” –
part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership started by George Bush
– will be held Monday and Tuesday in New Orleans and will be attended
by Bush, Felipe Calderon of Mexico, and Stephen Harper of Canada.
Expect the news reports about the event to be credulous.

The same time President Bush is in NOLA for the SPP summit he will
be in attendance to help celebrate the re-opening of the Mexican
consulate. After Katrina NOLA was flooded with “workers” from Mexico
and Central America. Contractors canceled construction contracts with
companies with American workers to go with companies with illegal
aliens for cheaper costs.

Mexico to reopen New Orleans consulte, George Bush to appear

[At the summit], [o]bservers say [Felipe Calderon]
is eager to tout the role his 30,000 countrymen played in the
rebuilding of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina in 2005… Ricardo
Alday, spokesman for the Mexican Embassy in Washington, said New
Orleans is a good place for Calderon to remind Bush of Mexican workers’
contributions to the U.S. economy…
“I will expect the president to
touch on the economic contributions of migrants to the U.S. economy,
particularly to an area like New Orleans, where I understand a big part
of the cleaning and reconstruction after Hurricane Katrina has been
done by immigrants — not just Mexicans, but immigrants in general,”
Alday said.

Another item noted from Lonewacko is the support and appearance by
LA Lt Gov. Mitch Landrieu however the newly elected Governor Bobby
Jindahl isn’t mentioned. Hopefully, Gov. Jindahl doesn’t support the
influx of illegal workers to rebuild NOLA.

U.S. military headed next for Mexican soil?

10 08 2007

This is very disturbing…

From WND:

A Texas congressman is leading discussions with the White House to develop a military plan to assist Mexico in the war President Felipe Calderón is waging against the drug cartels.Yolanda Urrabazo, spokeswoman for Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, told WND the discussions involve the possibility of utilizing the U.S. military directly in the effort in addition to providing military assistance.

The Bush administration is considering a multi-year multi-million dollar military assistance package that could include telephone-tapping equipment, Blackhawk helicopters, radar to track drug shipments and training, according to the Associated Press.

Until now, there has been no mention that the assistance might include direct U.S. military involvement in Mexico.

Urrabazo also confirmed to WND that the issue of involving the U.S. military and providing military assistance to Mexico would be on the agenda of the upcoming third summit of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, scheduled Aug. 20-21 in Montebello, Quebec.

Cuellar’s district includes Laredo, Texas, which has been considered ground zero for spillover of the Mexican drug war into the U.S..[snip]

Rep. Silvestre Reyes, D-Texas, whose district includes El Paso, has joined Cuellar in urging the Bush administration to allocate up to $850 million over the next five years to help train Mexican law enforcement and military personnel to utilize the advanced military equipment the U.S. is planning to send to Mexico in a drug-related military assistance effort.

On Jan 17, Cuellar filed H.R. 502, entitled the “Prosperous and Secure Neighbor Alliance Act of 2007,” which originally proposed providing military assistance to Mexico to fight the war on the Mexican drug cartels.

H.R. 502 proposed to spend $90 million to provide Mexican law enforcement with sophisticated military technology, training and equipment from the U.S. military to assist Mexico in fighting the drug war.

The other goal of the bill was to spend another $80 million to provide economic development assistance to Mexico under the premise that combating Mexican poverty would also combat Mexican drugs.

H.R. 502 was referred to the House Foreign Affairs Committee. The committee press office told WND no hearings on the bill have been scheduled. [snip]

WND also previously reported that under SPP, the military of the U.S. and Canada are turning USNORTHCOM into a domestic military command structure, with authority extending to Mexico, even though Mexico has not formally joined with the current U.S.-Canadian USNORTHCOM command structure.

WND inquired of USNORTHCOM whether the U.S. military’s involvement in the Mexican drug war, either directly or indirectly through foreign military aid, would involve USNORTHCOM.

USNORTHCOM spokesman Michael Kucharek responded, saying it was premature for USNORTHCOM to discuss any possible involvement with Mexico in any military assistance program which might be forthcoming from the Bush administration.

The White House, the State Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration did not return WND phone calls asking for comment.

So the SPP.gov agreement is not the North American Union, there is no NAFTA Super Highway, So, why are we even considering discussing sending U.S. troops to Mexico involving our military in their internal affairs? Why would we be sending high end military equipment to Mexico? When you disbelievers pull your head out of thee manhole cover you will find yourself in the North American Union and bye, bye American culture. The Time to wake up is NOW! Call your elected cockroaches and tell them NO to the SPP agreement implementation, tell them no to the nafta superhighway and ask them where’s the fence?

U.S. Congress blocks key SPP transport initiative

2 08 2007

Well, this is an interesting development…

From Canada.com:

Just weeks before the Canadian, U.S. and Mexican leaders meet in Montebello, Que., to discuss the Security and Prosperity Partnership, U.S. legislators moved to block a key part of the trilateral trade initiative.

The U.S. House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly last week to cut off funding for talks on all transportation issues related to the SPP, a controversial effort to harmonize the countries’ economic and security protocols.

Legislators are concerned that crucial decisions affecting cross-border security, immigration and product safety are being made without congressional consultation.

“The (Bush) administration refuses to report back to Congress,” Democrat Marcy Kaptur told the House. “They have been intransigent, they have been unresponsive and, frankly, they’ve been secretive.”

But Republican Congressman Joe Knollenberg warned that cutting SPP funding would “put all of the U.S.-Canada transportation initiatives to an end,” including years of improvements to the critical Detroit-Windsor border crossing.

Representatives voted 362-63 in favour of the budget amendment, put forward jointly by Ms. Kaptur and Republican Duncan Hunter. The amendment will now go to the U.S. Senate for debate.

NDP MP Peter Julian warns that similar debates are arising north of the border.

“This is a real wake-up call for (Prime Minister) Stephen Harper,” he said. “The SPP is an unacceptable, closed-door process. … There is a need for a real public consultation.”

Transportation talks have become a hot-button issue in the U.S., where critics fear secret negotiations are aimed at building a “NAFTA Superhighway” linking the three nations.[snip]

In a statement this week, Ms. Kaptur said the 12-lane highway “is already under construction in Texas.” The network would divert incoming Asian goods from bustling California ports to Mexican ports, jeopardizing American jobs, she warned. It would also fast-track overseas products into the U.S. “without adequate safety provisions and inspection,” she charges.

While some private ventures and state governments have described ongoing projects as “NAFTA Corridors,” the federal government is not involved, according to the U.S. government website on the SPP.

“The NAFTA Superhighway simply does not exist,” says Frank Conde of North America’s SuperCorridor Coalition (NASCO), a U.S.-based non-profit group that aims to improve an already existing network of highways that link the three countries.

No Nafta Superhighway?

Many people deny the existence of the ‘Nafta Super Highway’ and stated that no where is it mentioned by name in any bill or earmark. Well, I say read, think and learn.

From the NASCO Website:

September 1, 2006
RE: WHAT IS NASCO?

We know how critical the issue of transportation is to you, and we would like to provide you with some important information you can use as you discuss this subject with your colleagues and voters.

You may have heard of NASCO (North America’s SuperCorridor Coalition), but we have found that many public officials do not understand its role in the world of trade, logistics and transportation. In addition, some confusion has arisen lately about NASCO and the “NAFTA superhighway.” Plus, claims that the U.S. government is funding this so-called NAFTA superhighway have raised some concerns.

It is important to know that NASCO does not build highways, deal with immigration or set transportation policy unilaterally. Nor does NASCO seek to develop a “NAFTA Superhighway” through the middle of North America.

Recent reports from Internet “watch dog groups” have confused the terms “NAFTA Superhighway” with NASCO Corridor. The “NASCO Corridor” is the existing infrastructure of Interstates 35, 29 and 94. No plans are in place for a mid-continent NAFTA Superhighway.

Yes, it is true that since 1999, the federal government has directed more than $234 million in project funding towards the NASCO Corridor for current infrastructure improvements. In addition, the federal government has allocated $2.25 million directly to NASCO “for the development of a technology integration and tracking project,” which is our NAFTRACS project in which we are working to improve the security and efficiency of trade across our borders. We do support the Trans Texas Corridor 35, which is in Texas only, as it solves critical transportation problems for that state. We support the facilitation of any and all projects and ideas that further NASCO’s goal of increasing the efficiency and security of our supply chain.

Let me provide more information about NASCO and what we are we trying to do.

NASCO is a tri-national, non-profit, trade and transportation coalition committed to maximizing the efficient and secure movement of goods along the existing network of transportation systems running North-south through the central United States, Canada and Mexico.

NASCO’s corridor encompasses Interstate Highways 35, 29 and 94, the significant east/west connectors to those highways, as well as rail, inland ports and deep-water ports impacting trade flow in the United States,Canada and Mexico.

NASCO is assisting in the development of technology and strategic research projects that will actually enhance the security, safety and efficiency of transportation, trade processing and logistics systems within the Corridor.

We support our members’ projects or initiatives that are consistent with these objectives.
NASCO’s purpose is to boost economic activity while encouraging needed infrastructure improvements, technological/security innovations and environmental initiatives, which will ultimately create scores of new job opportunities and enhance the overall well being of workers, residents and consumers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

We would love to set up a meeting to talk with you further about our vision and goals. In the meantime, please feel free to call me at (214) 744-1042 or visit our website, http://www.nascocorridor.com, for additional information.

Cordially,
